oknn Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and oknn ("oknn", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). They govern all access to and use of the oknn website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any related services (collectively, "the Services"). By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the oknn platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the oknn Services. oknn reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page. Your continued use of the Services following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

1. Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be satisfied before you may register an account or use the Services provided by oknn.

• 1.1You must be at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. oknn reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify your age.
• 1.2You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf with your own personal funds.
• 1.3You must not be residing in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is illegal. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Services is lawful in your location.
• 1.4You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee of oknn or any of its affiliated or partner companies. Such individuals are strictly prohibited from participating in real-money gambling on the platform.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the oknn platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). oknn does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not charge currency conversion fees.

• 3.1The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your oknn wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or partner bank). oknn is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
• 3.2The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. oknn reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• 3.3Withdrawals to mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution. Processing times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• 3.4oknn does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited to your account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and the associated account may be suspended.
• 3.5oknn does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of oknn. Players are advised to check their provider's current fee schedule before initiating a transaction.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the oknn platform operate under established rules. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

• 5.1Slot games and virtual casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. No bet placement or external factor can influence the outcome of an RNG-based game. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available from the respective game provider.
• 5.2Live casino games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These games are subject to the rules of the respective provider and are conducted in real time with live dealers. oknn accepts no liability for interruptions, disconnections, or technical faults originating from the provider's infrastructure.
• 5.3Sports betting markets are offered on a best-effort basis. oknn reserves the right to void any bet where odds were published in error, where a market was settled incorrectly due to a data feed error, or where there is clear evidence of match manipulation. Voided bets will have their stake returned to the player's wallet.
• 5.4In the event of a game malfunction, network disconnection, or platform error that results in an incomplete or indeterminate game round, oknn will make all reasonable efforts to restore the game to its last verified state. Where this is not possible, bets placed on affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

oknn reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may trigger account action.

• 7.1oknn may suspend or close an account where there is a breach of these Terms, where fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected, or where account activity poses a financial, legal, or reputational risk to the platform.
• 7.2Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or winnings derived from prohibited activity — may be forfeited in full. oknn will notify the player of the account closure and the reason where legally permissible to do so.
• 7.3A player may voluntarily close their own account at any time by contacting oknn customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, oknn's liability to you in connection with the Services is limited as set out in this section.

• 9.1oknn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses or damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, whether based in contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
• 9.2oknn does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Planned maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Services. oknn is not liable for losses incurred during periods of service unavailability.
• 9.3Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
